Every Femicore order is backed by a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee. We want you to have full confidence when trying Femicore, which is why we've made the refund process straightforward.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Femicore experience for any reason within 60 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date
• You must return all bottles from your original order, whether empty, partially used, or unopened
• The original packing slip or proof of purchase must be included with the returned bottles
• Items must be shipped to the return address provided by customer support

Bottles can be empty. We do not require unused product — we believe you should be able to actually try Femicore before deciding.

3. How to Request a Refund

To start your refund:

1. Contact customer support by emailing contact@femicore-product.com within 60 days of your purchase date. Include your order number in the subject line.
2. Receive return instructions. Our team will reply with the return address and any additional steps.
3. Ship the bottles back. Pack all bottles (empty or full) along with the packing slip. We recommend a tracked shipping method to ensure safe arrival.
4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and verify the return, your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

4. What the Refund Covers

The refund covers the full product price paid at the time of order. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned bottles and verify them:

• Refund processing takes 5–7 business days from receipt
• Refunds appear on your statement 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Bonus Materials

If your order included free digital bonus materials (such as PDF guides delivered after purchase), you may keep those bonuses as our thank-you for giving Femicore a try, even if you request a refund.

7. Counterfeit Product Notice

Femicore is sold exclusively through the official ordering portal. We cannot process refunds for products purchased from third-party platforms like Amazon, eBay, or independent retailers, as those products are not authentic and are not eligible for our 60-day guarantee.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to orders placed after the policy update. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
