Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

Femicore ships discreetly within the United States through our official fulfillment partner. All packages are sent in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes:

• Continental U.S. (lower 48 states): 5–7 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the package selected at checkout:

• 1-bottle package: Small shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout)
• 3-bottle package: Standard shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout)
• 6-bottle package: FREE U.S. shipping

5. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact customer support.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact contact@femicore-product.com immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailboxes, neighbors)
2. Confirm the delivery address shown on the tracking
3. Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
4. Contact your local postal carrier to file an inquiry
5. If the package cannot be located, contact us so we can help resolve the issue

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents before opening fully
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@femicore-product.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

9. International Shipping

At this time, Femicore ships only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the policy update. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
